1. Scope

Use of the app is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement for licensed apps (Apple Standard EULA). These supplementary notes do not replace it.

2. Features

The app provides functions for topology optimization of 3D parts (loading STL, marking faces and loads, calculation, STL export). It is free to use and ad-supported.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

Paid additional features, packs and subscriptions are handled through the App Store; prices, terms and cancellation options are shown by the App Store before purchase. Purchases can be restored in the app. Payment, refunds and Family Sharing follow Apple’s terms.

4. Advertising

Free use is financed by advertising (see Privacy Policy). Advertisers are responsible for their content and offers.

5. Your content

You remain the owner of the rights to your models, scans and files. You are responsible for being entitled to process them and for respecting the rights of third parties.

6. Results

All calculations are a simplified, linear finite-element approximation and replace neither certified FEA software nor review by a qualified professional. Verify results independently before manufacturing load-bearing parts. Use is at your own risk.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties and limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

8. Changes

We may develop, change or discontinue features where this is reasonable for you.
