What does the app do?
You load an STL model and mark contact surfaces, loads and functionally important faces. Using a finite-element simulation and SIMP topology optimization, the app determines which material contributes to strength and which can be removed.
Are my models uploaded?
No. The calculation runs entirely on your device; there are no servers.
Can I use the result for manufacturing?
You can export the result as a high-resolution STL. The calculation is a simplified, linear approximation and does not replace certified FEA software; verify load-bearing parts independently.
What about holes?
Cylindrical bores are detected automatically and protected from the optimizer.
Do I need a CAD file?
No, there are parametric templates (e.g. bushings and brackets).
What does the app cost?
The app is free and ad-supported. Any in-app purchases are shown by the App Store.
How do I restore a purchase?
If purchases are offered: choose “Restore Purchases” in the app’s purchase options. Your Apple Account is required.
Why do I see ads, and how do I change my consent?
The free app is financed by advertising. You can change your choice in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security › Tracking.
